Excellent experience renting a car in Costa Rica. Francisco was responsive and flexible when our plans changed and we needed to extend our rental time. The car was in perfect condition and pick up was a breeze. Francisco went out of his way to make us feel at ease, gave us a ride back to our hotel and even drove back to deliver a car seat that we forgot in the car. This is a growing family business that I'm sure will grow more and more as they offer the best service in Costa Rica.
About two years ago, a group of friends and I traveled from Baja California, Mexico, to Costa Rica. very good experience, I had problem about the credit card and from beginning they tried to help me, others car rentals were not willing to find solutions, Francisco propose us solutions how to do it with options of car rental with low or high deposit, car was clean and new with 70k km with automatic gear and according our request, all documents were prepared after our arrival, shuttle pick up you on airport, dropp off in office nearby airport (2 minutes of drive) and drive with you to airport, very prompt reaction on whats app application, 24/7 service, very kind service, deposit was refund in full amount, no hiden fees, local company with pro-customer service! definitely recommend!! see you next time 🙂

I find With-U Rent a Car and it was really amazing! They come to pick me up to get the car and helped me with everything! I was also asking price from others car renters as well but here I got the best price and I paid no more then what we agreed, no problem when delivering the car back and got all deposit back with out any problem. This was my third time in Costa Rica but Definitely not my last! The first two times I rented a car from a larger local company and it was fine, but and in the future I will only rent my cars from here! The owner of Francisco is super helpful and you can drop your car right at the airport upon your return! The company I used the last two times charged me $50 to leave it at the airport otherwise I had to take it to their office and they had to shuttle me to the airport which just adds time to my trip! Found this place on google maps with great reviews. The rental was without any problems, our Suzuki Vitara was clean and in great condition. The price with full insurance was much better than in the big companies. We were picked up from the airport and driven back there afterwards. Keep in mind that when returning the car you have to enter from the main road. Pura vida!

Excellent experience renting a car in Costa Rica. Francisco was responsive and flexible when our plans changed and we needed to extend our rental time. The car was in perfect condition and pick up was a breeze. Francisco went out of his way to make us feel at ease, gave us a ride back to our hotel and even drove back to deliver a car seat that we forgot in the car. This is a growing family business that I'm sure will grow more and more as they offer the best service in Costa Rica.
About two years ago, a group of friends and I traveled from Baja California, Mexico, to Costa Rica. An airport agency gave us a hard time with a car; it was already nighttime, we didn't know anything, and the Airbnb was far away. By chance, we found this place nearby; it saved our day! very good experience, I had problem about the credit card and from beginning they tried to help me, others car rentals were not willing to find solutions, Francisco propose us solutions how to do it with options of car rental with low or high deposit, car was clean and new with 70k km with automatic gear and according our request, all documents were prepared after our arrival, shuttle pick up you on airport, dropp off in office nearby airport (2 minutes of drive) and drive with you to airport, very prompt reaction on whats app application, 24/7 service, very kind service, deposit was refund in full amount, no hiden fees, local company with pro-customer service! definitely recommend!! see you next time 🙂
Excellent service! Rodrigo was very attentive in everything when giving us the car, he cleared up all our doubts and bought us a coffee. Check in and check out in order, they did not charge us more or less than what we agreed upon. We were super happy and highly recommend it!!

Outstanding! Really Amazing! Before I was renting a car in CR I was looking at many diffrent, it is like a jungle to go trough to find which one to pick.. I find With-U Rent a Car and it was really amazing! They come to pick me up to get the car and helped me with everything! I was also asking price from others car renters as well but here I got the best price and I paid no more then what we agreed, no problem when delivering the car back and got all deposit back with out any problem. I will use them next time as well! I can recommend to others, this is safe and the car is great! We where driving all over CR from the caribbean side to the pacific and the car was great with no problems at all and use little gas!

This was my third time in Costa Rica but Definitely not my last! The first two times I rented a car from a larger local company and it was fine, but and in the future I will only rent my cars from here! The owner of Francisco is super helpful and you can drop your car right at the airport upon your return! The company I used the last two times charged me $50 to leave it at the airport otherwise I had to take it to their office and they had to shuttle me to the airport which just adds time to my trip! The car I received from With-U Rent-A-Car was very nice and clean and drove great!
Found this place on google maps with great reviews. The rental was without any problems, our Suzuki Vitara was clean and in great condition. The price with full insurance was much better than in the big companies. We were picked up from the airport and driven back there afterwards. Keep in mind that when returning the car you have to enter from the main road. Pura vida!

Originally had a reservation with Budget but they gave away my vehicle we were told about With-U rent a car and they were excellent. Upfront with their pricing and delivered great service to us. When do we pay the rental fee?
All rental fees are due upon car rental pickup.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit ranges from $300-$500. Deposits are used in the case of negligence, lost keys, police tickets, and the car not being returned in the condition in which it was returned. If none of these incidences apply, upon returning the car rental your deposit will be returned
Does the rate quoted include insurance, taxes, and all additional fees?
All prices reflected on the website are basic insurance prices. Any additional fees, add-ons, and taxes will be provided in the final quote. We provide transparent pricing with no hidden fees. The final price quoted is the final price you will pay.
What do I have to do to reserve the vehicle?
We would request your full name and flight information.
Is there a minimum rental period requirement?
Our minimum rental period varies by season. Our minimum rental period ranges from 3-5 days.
Do you have an airport location?
No, we do not. However, our office is 1km from the airport.
Upon confirming your reservation, we’ll arrange delivery of your rental based on your specified pickup location. We’ll wait for your arrival at the exit of the airport. When you are departing, we’ll wait for you at the “Departures” area to return your car rental. For your convenience, we can arrange delivery or return of your car rental from any agreed-upon location in Costa Rica.
Can the car leave the country?
No, car rentals cannot be taken outside of Costa Rica.
Is there a charge for additional driver?
We allow one additional driver at no cost. For any additional drivers, we assess a $5/day fee.
Can I use my credit card insurance?
Yes. In the event of an accident or damage to the car rental, we will authorize your credit card for the specified amount. You can then open a claim with your credit card provider for reimbursement.
What is your policy on cancellations?
We offer free cancellations.
We understand that there are many car rental companies available to you in Costa Rica. We aim to offer the most competitive and transparent rates. If you are no longer interested in renting one of our vehicles, we ask that you notify us immediately.
