Deposit
To guarantee car rental services, a deposit is required.
Payment Methods Accepted
The customer is able to pay in cash or by card.
Driver Requirements
– Customer must have a valid driver’s license and ID.
– Customer must be 19 years or less than 80.
Car Rental Mileage
Unlimited mileage applies to all car rentals.
Insurance
To Rent a Car we require the customer obtains insurance. Customer can use their own insurance to cover the car rental.
-On existing policies, customers must have third-party liability coverage.
We offer the option to add on basic protection or full coverage to cover the car rental. In the event of damages, the customer will need to pay a deductible.
In the event of an accident, With-U Rent A Car will charge the customer for damages and the customer will need to initiate a claim with the insurance company for reimbursement.
– Negligence is not covered. (i.e. trying to cross a river, parking the car on the sand at the beach, driving the vehicle using any kind of drugs or drinking alcoholic drinks, driving when for long periods with no resting, not respecting speeding limits)
– Police tickets are not covered
– Loss of vehicle keys is not covered
In the event of an accident or car rental damages, the customer is expected to notify the car rental company. The customer must provide a police report and an insurance report.
Rental Periods
The minimum rental period car rental is according to the season.
